ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST - AFGHANISTAN
SUMMARY: Serves as the focal point for establishing, performing, and maintaining the administrative functions for the organization. Prepares and maintains required reports, records, and correspondence. Focal point for the quality review of organizational timesheets.
DUTIES:
Essential Functions:
1. Provides administrative support directly to one or more executive staff members.
2. Prepares reports and summaries for management review.
4. Relieves manager of clerical and administrative details such as routine correspondence, maintaining a calendar, travel arrangements, etc.
6. Maintains records, reports, files, and correspondence, safeguarding confidentiality of proprietary information and other sensitive data.
10. Maintains liaison with other departments.
11. May be required to perform in a supervisory capacity over TCN/Local staff
12. May analyze and process technical documents including contract modifications, government instructions, and manuals.
13. Performs related duties as assigned
Experience
Two years office administration experience.
Skills
Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills. Strong personal computer skills with proficiency in one or more computer applications.
